Alec Santelman's Story
When Alec, a high school senior and Bethel University football commit, was diagnosed with Ewing sarcoma, he wanted to make sure his journey to health also helped others. He's thankful that TRAVCO is helping by donating proceeds to Cancer Kids Fund at Children's Hospital in Minnesota. The funds help patients and families by providing resources (examples: chaplains, art supplies, music therapy) and easing the financial burden of caring for a child with cancer. The design is inspired by shirts his Providence Academy teammates and classmates created to show support. Yellow is the color for sarcoma awareness and James 1:17 is Alec's life verse and is on the back.
